| BABOO FOREST 2008 • 6435 trees sponsored by BABOO • 660 trees sponsored by BABOO clients The total number of trees replanted in the “BABOO FOREST”, including onboard donations of BABOO clients is of 7095 trees. Trees sponsored by BABOO are planted within the PAMINE (REBIRTH) project of the Surui People, on their indigenous territory, the “Terra Indigena do 7 Setembro” in the Rondoniastate of Brazil. The organisation and supervision of the projet is made by the Organizaçao Metareila do Povo Indigena Surui, headed by Chief Almir Narayamoga Surui. |
